This event should be used to file a Motion to Dismiss for Other Reasons.
Step by Step Procedures:

Select [ Bankruptcy > Motions/ Applications ]

Enter case number and click Next

Select Dismiss Case for Other Reasons

Click Next

Select the Party you represent from the party pick list or Add Create a New Party if your party does not appear in the pick list

Click Next

The Attorney/Party Association screen may display

The PDF screen will display :

Click Next

A prompt will ask Dismiss Case for Unreasonable Delay?

Select Yes or No from the drop down menu

Click Next
If you selected Yes If you selected No, -
If case is not a joint case, skip to Step 10

If the case is a joint case,
click here
A prompt will ask Which debtor is being dismissed:

Select the debtor being dismissed

Click Next

Type the language in the title of motion and proposed order

If the case is a joint case,
click here
A second screen will display a prompt :

Select the debtor being dismissed
-
Click Next

On the Hearing Screen

Insert Hearing Date, Time, and Location

Click Next
-

The Modify Text Screen will display. If applicable, you may make a selection from the prefix dropdown box.
Note: Please be sure any prefix is also on your PDF.

Final Text screen will display.
Basic Example:
Notice of Motion and Motion to Dismiss (Language in title of Motion and Proposed Order) for Debtor. Filed by Attorney Testing on behalf of (party). Hearing scheduled for 11/27/2013 at 10:00 AM at 219 South Dearborn, Courtroom 719, Chicago, Illinois 60604. (Attachments: # (1) Proposed Order) (Testing, Attorney)
